Lowongan Kerja Terbaru Andal Software Februari 2020 - Toploker, Selama lebih dari 15 tahun menggeluti software payroll, banyak perusahaan yang pada saat mendekati tanggal cut off untuk menghitung gaji, volume pekerjaannya meningkat, bahkan ada yang lembur untuk melakukan perhitungan gaji. Keadaan seperti ini biasanya terjadi di perusahaan manufacture atau perusahaan distribusi.

Pada awalnya kami mengira bahwa terjadinya lembur disebabkan oleh software yang digunakan sulit untuk digunakan. Maka kami mencoba untuk memperbaiki agar software mudah digunakan. Beberapa kami kami melakukan perbaikan, memang ada hasilnya, pekerjaannya menjadi lebih cepat. Tetapi, tetap saja masih ada beberapa perusahaan yang karyawan bagian payroll-nya harus lembur pada saat mendekati tanggal cut off.

Ternyata permasalahan yang terjadi karena adanya pekerjaan ekstra di bagian produksi, sehingga data yang seharusnya diserahkan ke bagian payroll menjadi terlambat. Setelah mengetahui permasalahan utamanya, maka penyelesaian masalah menjadi lebih sederhana. Dan permasalahan ini juga terjadi pada perusahaan yang mempunyai cabang yang banyak, seperti rumah makan, toko retail, dan perusahaan distribusi.

1. Implementation of Andal Software Products.
2. Configure and proof check the database based on the User Requirement Documents.
3. Designing user payroll reports based on the User Requirement Documents.
4. Training new user using Andal Software Products.
5. Guide user through the implementation phase.
6. Prepare technical handover documentation.

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree from Computer Science, Information Systems or any related discipline.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome with GPA min. 3.00.
3. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
4. Experienced in Microsoft SQL Server Database Management System
5. Willing to travel and work under schedule
6. Other skills or experiences in Payroll Business Process and Tax Art 21 is a great advantage.
