TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Responsibilities are:

1. Will deliver full life-cycle of talent acquisition (attract to hire)
2. Able to source, screen and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers at a high pace
3. Ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final on-boarding process
4. Create a solid and robust external talent pipeline
5. Working together with hiring managers to get highly qualified candidates within agreed SLA.
6. Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards

The qualification will be:

1. Have a minimum of 3 years of human resources experience.
2. Have direct experience with job screening, hiring practices and talent acquisition.
3. Experienced in recruiting for mass role to executive level position
4. Proficient in using Linkedin Recruiter and other job portals
5. Willing to be located in Bandung
