1. Lead Architect Engineer, Architect Engineer
Description:
Lead Architect Engineer
Requirements:
  • Architected, built and/or re-platformed at least 1 large-scale back-end system from scratch
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good project management and leadership
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven experience engaging with and guiding cross-functional and cross-regional virtual teams
  • Minimum of 5 years of back-end experience
Responsibilities: 
  • Manage a wide range of projects from small to large (commercial, residential, industrial)
  • Manage a team of engineers, designers, and drafters
Architect Engineer
Requirements:
  • Architected, built and/or re-platformed at least 1 large-scale back-end system from scratch
  • Minimum of 3 years of back-end experience
Responsibilities: 
  • Conducts on-site investigations to document existing conditions and determine the cause(s) of problems in existing enclosures
  • Reviews and critiques existing or proposed drawings to understand enclosure design
  • Analyzes research and investigation data and develops alternate schemes for solving problems
  • Conducts on-site observations of construction and repairs in progress, prepares site visit reports, and develops responses to requests for information
  • Brainstorms complex problems with team members to determine viable and efficient solutions

2. Environment Coordinator
Description:
Environment Coordinator
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or similar field
  • Must have driver’s license and good driving record
  • Must be willing to drive personal vehicle for company tasks as needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency and experience in environmental regulatory compliance (RCRA, CWA, CAA, NPDES, etc.) and collecting soil and water samples.
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills; addresses all tasks with a sense of urgency.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance with governing environmental laws and regulations, including monitoring conformance of on-site activities with existing dust control and SWPPP plans.
  • Environmental sampling and coordination as needed, per request of Principal Geologist. Coordinate all sample pick up with test facilities. Review, tabulate, quality-control, and summarize analytical results.
  • Provide support for site hazardous material management and disposal; call and coordinate with disposal vendors as needed. Conduct routine checks for proper storage and handling of special waste and hazardous materials, including compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Work with operations and site team to coordinate and arrange all truck deliveries and pick ups. Act as primary point of contact for truck drivers.
  • Act as responsible party for dewatering operations, including system procurement and setup, water sampling, and disposal.
  • Assist in executing tasks for applying for and receiving permits and approvals.
  • Support field operations in any way necessary, as this is a field based position.
  • Use personal vehicle to run errands, pick up parts and transport people as needed.

3. Quality Assurance/Quality Control
Description
Quality Assurance/Quality Control
Requirements:
  • Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor
  • Superb computer competence, including database management
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
  • Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs
  • Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
  • Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
  • Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
  • Provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
4. Lead Civil Engineer, QC Civil Superintendent, Civil Engineer, Deputy Construction Manager
Description
Lead Civil Engineer
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience and/or understanding of all aspects in the field of civil engineering
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or REVIT
  • Project management and supervision skills is required with mid to senior level management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good project management and leadership
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in Civil Engineering
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a wide range of projects from small to large (commercial, residential, industrial)
  • Manage a team of engineers, designers, and drafters
  • Utilize and demonstrate business acumen
  • Review and ensure quality designs are submitted to the clients
  • Monitor progress and project status
  • Manage budgets

QC Civil Superitendent
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Experience in Quality Assurance best practices
  • ISO 9000 experience
  • Six Sigma knowledge
  • Experience with method development and troubleshooting gas chromatography, ion chromatography, total organic carbon analysis, Karl Fisher, gel permeation chromatography
  • Communication and leadership skills with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
  • Works as a member of a cross-functional process team to in support of production to monitor process, troubleshoot production issues, and identify and champion process improvements.
  • Partners with production engineer to help monitor and optimize unit performance.
  • Drives improvements in process chemistry and analytical tools/techniques
  • Manages the site QC budget.
  • Develops and maintains process unit chemistry expertise, continuously building a body of technical knowledge around unit operation and processes.
  • Performs analyses on a non-routine basis as required by the business.
  • Works cross-functionally to conduct and document statistical evaluation of proposed specifications.
Civil Engineer
Requirements:
  • Minimum education of S1 in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
  • Fresh graduates or at least 5 years or 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Having a passion in the field of construction
  • Having interpersonal skills, analysis, and good leadership
  • Communicative and target oriented
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the formwork that is running on the project
  • Make planning methods such as attach & dismantling formwork, project schedule, materials needed, volume of the purchase plan
  • Make a formwork design based on the method that has been made
  • Make 2D drawings from designs and 3D drawings based on structural analysis offered
  • Calculates the RAP needs and pricing system based on the designs offered
Deputy Construction Manager
Requirements:
  • Minimum education of S1 in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
  • 5+ years of Design/Build or P3 experience on complex road, highway and interchange projects preferable
  • Proven experience in managing complex road, highway and interchange projects DOT projects
  • Established professional reputation with Michigan transportation agencies
Responsibilities:
  • Assigned to a field construction organization in a general or single discipline position. Assist in overseeing activities of construction crafts/trades within an assigned area of responsibility.
  • Receives continual supervision and direction in the performance of assigned responsibility.
  • Receives technical and operational direction from the assigned Superintendent or Project Manager.
  • Assists with the planning and coordination of sub-contractor activities within the area of responsibility.
  • Monitor’s subcontractor personnel to ensure adherence with project plans and promotes quality control of all installations
  • Reviews manpower, material, equipment requirements with others as designated by supervising superintendent.
  • Enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by Field Management.
  • Assists with compliance of safety program that creates a safe and health work environment through the job site and adheres to OSHA safety and record keeping requirements.
  • Ensures safety standards and requirements are adhered to by crafts/trades, laborers and others when in the assigned operational area as well as ensure tools and equipment are in safe condition and operated safely.
  • Prepares reports, as required, and keeps supervisors informed on progress of overall assigned activities.
  • Under guidance of Superintendent or Project Manager, monitors work performance and of subcontractors to ensure project plans and schedules are followed.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, reviewing construction methods, schedules, manning charts, material and equipment requirements, etc...
  • Uses current construction management system to perform record-keeping tasks including, composing daily diaries, maintaining project logs and retrieving RFIs, submittal logs and agreements.
  • Monitors the project pre-plan which includes a CPM schedule, work sequences, manpower utilization, material handling and storage requirements and equipment use.
  • When requested, interfaces with client, architect and design professionals to ensure compliance to design intent and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to building good communications between field management, project management, estimating, procurement, suppliers, vendors, and specialty contractors to ensure construction complies with plans, specifications and company quality standards and that the project is completed on time and within budget.
5. Field HSE Superintendent

Requirements
  • Minimum education S1/D3 in Civil Engineering
  • Fresh graduates or at least 3 years experience in a similar position
Responsibilities
  • Respond to plant related emergencies and be available after hours during critical business situations and act as the first point of contact from Shift Organization for unit upsets.
  • Provide appropriate communication and logistical support for unit upsets.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting (with Business Team) on unit maintenance and logistical issues.
  • Assist Technical with troubleshooting process issues.
  • Work with the Unit Trainer/Procedure Writers' to develop operator training and written/skills tests, and complete required procedure development/review.
  • Review plant procedure updates. Review, approve and annually certify unit operating procedures.
  • Work with Lead Shift Supervisors to ensure completion of all Operator skills testing.
  • Initiate, review and approve Equipment Preparation Plans (EPP).
  • Ensure all training materials are maintained and are accurate.
  • Ensure all training and procedure targets are met.
6. Electrical Engineer

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation engineering or equivalent.
  • Well commitment with Health and Safety.
  • Fantastic relationship, collaboration and leadership skills
  • Good organization and negotiation capabilities.
  • Results focused.
  • Prior experience in project leadership
  • At least 3 years as heavy industrial engineer.
Responsibilities:
  • Fully in charge of all electrical systems including LV, transformer room, electrical and instrumentation installation
  • Provide field operations and maintenance support to the plant head
  • Supervise operations/maintenance team and contractors related to plant electrical equipment
  • Monitor and inspect equipment, computer terminals, switches, valves, gauges, alarms, safety devices, and meters to detect leaks or malfunctions and to ensure the equipment is operating in good condition
  • Troubleshoot, repair and maintenance of all equipment and electrical instruments within internal capabilities
  • Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices to deliver quality field operation
  • Order replacement parts, communicate, direct, and manage contractors on maintenance, repairing tasks or spares inventory
  • Assist the Plant Head in the overall day-to-day responsibilities of the plant including but not limited to preparing daily and weekly plant performance reports
  • Lead Safety Officer onsite and assist the Plant Head in the development of safety documentation
  • Manage sustainability and HSE practices
7. Emergency Response Team
Description
Emergency Response Team
Requirements
  • Minimum education S1/D3 in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
  • Experience managing professional or volunteer Emergency Response Teams required.
  • Experience in Incident Command System (ICS) required.
  • Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) preferred, not required.
  • Paramedic or EMT preferred, not required.
Responsibilities
  • Develops and provides ERT training for medical and hazardous materials response to SCLA team members
  • Coordinates and monitors all project management activities to train new Emergency Response Teams (ERTs)
  • Professionally interface with local outside emergency services, company management, employees, and ERT volunteers.
  • Develops policies, procedures, templates, standards and documentation in support of the deployment, management and sustainability of the ERT program.
  • Provides emergency response and preparedness training and awareness communication for employees.
  • Develops and conducts emergency response exercises and drills.
  • Conducts the preparation, management, organization, and implementation of short term and long-range Emergency Management plans.
